The Loop

The Loop is a pioneering Ginza-style vertical retail development that redefines the urban retail typology within Hong Kong’s dense cityscape. Designed by the award-winning architectural studio Theo Texture, the project features a minimalist yet striking façade that emphasizes verticality, transparency, and street presence. Its stacked storefronts and open frontages across multiple levels allow upper-floor tenants to achieve visibility traditionally reserved for ground-floor retail.

Internally, the design prioritizes circulation and spatial flexibility. Floorplates are optimized for a wide range of retail and lifestyle uses, supported by efficient vertical access through escalators and lifts. High ceilings, clean lines, and refined material finishes create a contemporary interior environment that enhances the retail experience.

Completed with BEAM certification, The Loop exemplifies sustainable urban design and has received multiple accolades, including the DFA Design for Asia Award and recognition from the HKIA Annual Awards for excellence in commercial architecture. The project is managed by Savills Property Management, ensuring its long-term functionality and premium positioning.
