K.C. Lee is an Authorized Person (1995), Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (FHKIS, 2016), and Fellow Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS, 2014). He is also a Registered Inspector (RI, 2012), a Registered Professional Surveyor (RPS, 1993), Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb, 1992), and Member of the World Organization of Building Officials (MWOBO, 1995). In addition, he has been a Member of the Property and Facility Management Division (2005) and the Planning and Development Division (2008) of HKIS.
K.C. Lee is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience. He is well-regarded for adding value to property developments through strategic planning and practical solutions across religious, public, education, commercial, and residential sectors. Known for his strengths in project scheduling, time management, and stakeholder communication, he brings a solution-focused approach to every project. Since 2007, he has also served as a government officer, contributing his expertise across public, private, and community sectors with a strong commitment to safety and professional excellence.

Andy Chu is a highly experienced architect with over 30 years of design and project delivery expertise. He is known for his original, practical, and detail-driven approach across a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. As a long-standing project architect and senior manager in both consultancy and developer roles, Andy has successfully led multiple large-scale projects from concept through to completion.
With a strong foundation in design management, he has guided teams through schematic and detailed design, budget control, quality assurance, and end-user handover. Seto Sai Wah is a Registered Professional Surveyor (1995), Authorized Person (1996), and Building Environmental Assessment Method Professional (2011). He was also registered as a Registered Inspector (2012) and holds an Estate Agent’s Licence (2022)
David Seto has over 33 years of experience in the property development field, having participated in numerous projects across Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China. His project portfolio covers high-rise residential complexes, low-rise luxury housing, composite residential and industrial developments, shopping arcades, offices, hotels, serviced apartments, and retail facilities. With comprehensive expertise in managing projects from concept design to completion, David excels in strategic planning, project management, land acquisition, sales, and marketing.

Vincent has over 34 years of experience in planning and development across Hong Kong SAR. He possesses extensive expertise in both territorial and district-level planning, covering a broad range of areas including urban design, visual appraisal, urban renewal, Visual Impact Assessment (VIA) under the Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance (EIAO), housing supply, and the application of information technology (IT) in the planning field. His comprehensive experience reflects a deep understanding of development strategies, planning policies, and sustainable urban growth.
