Situated in a vibrant corner of Central, the project transforms a former commercial building into a boutique hospitality destination infused with eclectic charm and cinematic nostalgia. The design reinterprets classic Hollywood motifs with a bold, contemporary lens—vibrant murals on the façade draw pedestrians in, while curated interiors offer guests a layered sensory experience.

From lift lobbies to guest rooms, each space was crafted with close attention to tactile detail and tonal rhythm. Rich textures, contrasting patterns, and bespoke lighting converge to create a vivid yet cohesive atmosphere. The project’s success lies in the strategic interplay between playfulness and sophistication—balancing iconic visual statements with refined material finishes to support a boutique urban living experience.
