K.C.Lee is the Authorized Person (1995), Fellow Member of HKIS (2016), Fellow member of RICS (2014), Registered Inspector (2012), Member in the Property and Facility Management Division of HKIS (2005), Member in the Planning and Development Division of HKIS (2008), RPS (1993), MCIArb (1992), MABEng (1995), MWOBO (1995), and has over 35 years of experience in the field.

Andy Chu is a Registered Architect in HKIA (1995), Authorized Person (1998) and Member of the Royal Australian Institute of Architect (1993)

Andy Chu has rich experience in project design and contract administration. Andy’s original and inspiring schematic design surprised the clients. With his extensive experience in leading the team in establishing the work quality standard, establishing the control mechanism of defects rectification, controlling budget and handover to the end users, he can meet the requirement in tight schedule with high standard of work.

VINCENT LAI

Vincent Lai is a Member of Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) and Member of Hong Kong Institute of Planners (MHKIP). 

He has wide experiences and in-depth knowledges in development and planning fields of Hong Kong SAR. He has more than 34 years planning and development-related experiences and involved in a wide spectrum of planning works, from territorial/district planning to more specific areas as urban design, visual appraisal, urban renewal, Visual Impact Assessment (VIA) in Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance (EIAO), housing supply and application of information technology (IT) in planning fields. 

Mr. Lai is a member of Election Committee (constituency) (2021-2025), HKSAR and one of the 14-members of the OP Team which composes of architects, surveyors and planner, representing views, offering professional advice on policy matters and work/procedural practices relating to the Architectural, Landscape, Planning & Surveying professions and development and planning areas in Hong Kong.
